Responsibilities
This individual contributor role is responsible for generating solar leads and successfully converting leads into sales. The Energy Consultant will educate prospects on solar and provide clear guidance and recommendations on a solar solution that is best suited for the customer while keeping the customers’ short and long-term financial needs in mind. He/she stays on top of tracking, documenting, and updating information on leads in a centralized system. He/she will consistently and promptly follow through with updates and deliveries to customers. Stays on top of industry news and be resourceful and knowledgeable in order to advise customers with the most up-to-date information.

Engineering Support Specialist

Job Summary
An Engineering Support Specialist is responsible for creating and approving plan sets for residential PV systems. The candidate must be comfortable, confident, and knowledgeable both written and verbally in providing engineering support to Lifestyle Solar and its partners. The specialist must be comfortable creating and operating under a tight schedule in order to meet project deadlines and handling several projects simultaneously. The designer will be expected to interface with management, contractors, project managers, and teammates in a professional manner in order to bring designs, permits, and projects to completion.

Do you have a knack for relationship management and thoroughly enjoy frequent and very engaged interactions and problem-solving for and with people? If so, then the role of a Contractor and Customer Support Agent may be a wonderful fit for you. This individual contributor role reports to the Customer and Operations Manager and holds a critical role in managing the service relationship with solar contractors and customers while also wearing the project manager hat for internal cross-functional teams.
